REFUND POLICY FOR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS AND SERVICES: 
In the event that a member wishes to request a refund for any cleanse membership program or service from the Raw Oasis Health Inc., a $100 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations must be submitted to info@therawoasis.com to receive the balance minus the cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before the membership program or service, has been purchased. Please include in the email the following: first name, last name, date and name of the detox cleanse membership program you were planning to achieve or service paid, and email address. The balance, minus the $100 cancellation fee, will be credited back to the charge card that was used in the initial purchase of the membership program or service, within 60 days of notice of cancellation. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ONCE 7 DAYS HAS PASSED SINCE THE MEMBER SIGNED UP AND PAID FOR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM OR SERVICE UNLESS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE APPLIES (SEE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE SECTION BELOW). The member is able to make up event days in a similar membership program offered of the same type in the future by notifying The Raw Oasis at info@therawoasis.com if there is a conflict that doesn’t allow the members to attend a scheduled event day or time. Return and Refund Policy on Products
Claims
Please double-check your order upon arrival. No claims will be respected unless made immediately upon receipt of goods. If your order has been damaged or appears to have been opened during shipping, please keep it in the original packaging and notify us immediately.
Returns
All returns must have prior authorization from a Raw Oasis Health Inc. Staff Member.
The quality of our herbal formulas is 100% guaranteed. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you are not satisfied. We accept unopened returns due to our error (bottle seal MUST be intact). Any returns not due to our error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for return shipping fees on returns that are not the result of our error.
Due to State regulations, Superfood Blends, Loose Teas, Salves, and Capsulated formulas cannot be returned…No Exceptions!
Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate members.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued via a credit to the original credit card or by company check, at our discretion.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded as outlined in the Returns section above. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned/refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you must first receive authorization from a Health Club Staff Member. Any items returned without prior authorization will be considered a donation and shall be equally distributed to less fortunate members. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items which are not a result of our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
CANCELLED EVENTS:
In general The Raw Oasis Health Inc. provides all events as stated, though on occasion, there are circumstances which would warrant a cancellation of the event offered. Therefore The Raw Oasis Health Inc. reserves the right to cancel any services or events offered. A full refund to all members that have purchased a cancelled service or event will be granted and be returned within 60 days of cancellation. The Raw Oasis Health Inc. may cancel an event for any reason, including the possibility of an event not having adequate quantity of registered participants, inaccessibility to facilities, or due to dangerous weather conditions. In most cases another event or service of similar content will be offered at a later date were previously signed up members are offered first seating within the first 3 days of open registration. The Raw Oasis Health Inc. will notify each registered attendee of a cancellation via email as soon as cancellation has been determined. To qualify for The Money Back Guarantee registered member of The Raw Oasis program must adhere to the following qualifications:

 

A)      Member must provide proof to The Raw Oasis Health Inc. in the form of email or mail correspondence of total cholesterol, glucose serum, and blood pressure levels through the use ofblood work exam or physical exam from a licensed medical laboratory or physician dated within 1 month before member has signed up for The Raw Oasis Detoxification program .

B)       Member must show that one of these stated biomarkers (cholesterol levels, glucose serum, and blood pressure levels) on blood work exam or physical exam from a licensed medical laboratory or physician within 1 month before member has signed up for The Raw Oasis program is in “high or  high abnormal reference ranges.”  

C)       Member MUST follow to completion and 100% adherence to The Raw Oasis Program exactly as stated in regards to food eaten, duration, and other aspects of the detoxification program, by health coaches and detoxification specialist.

D)      Member must provide proof to The Raw Oasis Health Inc. in the form of email or mail correspondence that one of these stated biomarkers (cholesterol levels, glucose serum, and blood pressure levels) on blood work exam or physical exam from a licensed medical laboratory or physician dated within 1 week after The Raw Oasis Detoxification program term (aka. the last day of the 21 Day 100% Raw cleanse phase of the detox program) in which the member has registered for is complete.

E)        If Member provides proof of total cholesterol, glucose serum, and blood pressure levels through the use of blood work exam or physical exam from a licensed medical laboratory or physician as indicated in the manner specified in section A & B above has not reduced by any amount or levels when compared to results as indicated in the manner specified in section D above, said member will receive a FULL REFUND OF MEMBERSHIP FEE PAID AT TIME OF SIGN UP FOR THE RAW OASIS DETOX PROGRAM. No refund will be given for any herbs, teas, glandular, kits, or supplement products purchased from The Raw Oasis Health Inc.

F)       Refund will be granted within 90 days from the time proof has been delivered to The Raw Oasis Health Inc. and the Raw Oasis Health Inc. has verified and examined said proof.

G)      Application or submission for Money Back Guarantee expires within 1 month after The Raw Oasis detox program term in which member has registered for has ended. After 1 month after The Raw Oasis detox program term in which member has registered for has ended (aka. the last day of the 21 Day 100% Raw cleanse phase of the detox program), Money Back Guarantee does not apply and no refund will be granted regardless if proof of blood work or physical exam as stated above is submitted.
